It was overly creamy and didn’t taste like coffee at all — I actually watched the barista barely put any coffee in it. When I asked politely if it could be remade because it didn’t taste right, she refused. I then asked to switch to something else since I had already paid, and she told me, “we don’t give free stuff.” That makes no sense — I had just paid for a drink I couldn’t even drink. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The donuts are fresh with a great variety, the customer service is professional and the location of the store with the drive-thru it's very convenient. I think this is the best Dunkin Donuts!

They had one person in the drive-in. Then, finally, from one who probably was the manager email to attend to a beeping machine. And after some time Finally look at me and say we’ll be with you in a minute. Totally unacceptable. Why have so many employees if none of them are going to be their job?
