  Unfortunately, Dunkin is not my coffee stop of choice. I honestly only tried it to get something new, and I now know why I do not go to Dunkin. I wanted to order a Latte, but for the same price, I could get a meal deal with a regular coffee, so I chose that. Online ordering was easy, the drive thru was easy to navigate, and the speaker was VERY clear, all had my hopes set high. My order was prepared correctly, though the quality is that of a gas station. The hashbrowns were very tasty! The sandwich was not so much. It was very cheaply tasted and some parts were hard. The coffee? Water. Straight water with a weird vegetable oil aftertaste. (All I got was coffee, cream, vanilla, sugar) The employees were nice, and the store looked clean from what I could tell from the drive thru. I don't think I would visit this location again unless there was some sort of special deal where it was worth it to give them another try.

  Drinks are all ice. Will not return to this location. Not paying the prices to get five sips because the drink is all ice. No other location does this. Let it go the last few times but done now. They are also slow here no pep in their step.

  FACTS: Horrible service for one, cold not understand the employee in Drive-Thru, Ordered a sinf=gle donut and waited over 6 min in line....that is with one other person infront of me. When I got the donut it felt & looked like it was multiple days old, I tried to take a bite and it was disgustingly cold and solid around the edges. Personally I think they are recycling donuts. They shouldnt be this crooked, its a shame. I know we are all struggling, but this place takes the cake. This was a second experience bte, the first one was worse...Bagels, absolutely do not get any bagel from this place. They are just horrible, like a card board box. I dont think they sreve FRESH FOOD HERE. How do you mess up 2-bagels...Just really.... IF YOU WANT AN OBSTACLE TO START YOUR DA, GO HERE.

  This location is always a hit or miss. The coffee tastes most of the time like straight up milk. They do not know how to prepare iced coffees or they don’t even try to do it the right way. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the 23 mile location, they do a much better job.

  They are never open! It’s a guessing game as to when I can get a coffee or not.
