- EYEmily Yagloski1 day ago1.0The quality and service of this Dairy Queen at 24 & Hayes in Shelby Township has gone down significantly over the last several months. We’ve been in several times and every-time our ice cream isn’t up to standards. Many times the ice cream is soft/melting, orders are wrong and service isn’t great. Not sure we’ll be back to this DQ besides to order ice cream cakes.

The tables are always so dirty, sticky and all hardened ice cream. The freezer where the ice cream cakes are, are disgusting. The older couple that previously owned this store, it was so clean.
