Very sad how down hill this place has gone, it use to be my favorite fast food but every time I have gone here in the last year it has gotten worse. I ordered online and it took 15 minutes longer than the expected pick up time, which is fine they were busy I watched them clear a long line 3 times while
waiting before anyone even said anything to me. The manager on duty clearly did not care at all she was hanging out with a customer and ordering food from outside vendor (which is fine but she should have stepped up and helped the staff) while they were visibly busy and they barely had any food left at 6pm. The chicken looked VERY old and I got maybe a quarter of a scoop, there was no guacamole, and they were telling customers queso would take an hour but some how I magically got some??? My bowl was basically allllll rice with very little toppings, it seemed like they didn’t want to prepare more food, but it was only 6pm on a Friday. I am usually not one to complain because I have worked in the food industry for many many years but this was definitely not worth the wait or $40 I spent. Chips tasted very stale, and my large order of chips was the same size as the medium I ordered I did not have it in me to complain about the chips because the people actually working looked exhausted and I actually felt bad for them they had no guidance and were just doing whatever while the manager was just hanging out at a table. The whole restaurant felt very dirty and just not like how it use to be. This is a very busy location I assume and this use to be a very spotless restaurant with very good food years ago. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location :/

5 stars all across. The food was really good, I ordered a steak bowl. Everything was cooked to perfection such as the steak, fajitas veggies, rice, and even the topping veggies were very fresh. The person who made my bowl was patient, kind, and very welcoming. The portion sizes were to my liking. The establishment was well maintained as far as cleanliness. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. This has been one of the best Qdoba’s I have been to in the last 5 years!!!

Absolutely disgusting. I got my food within 20 minutes of ordering through doordash, no idea how the food became fridge cold in that amount of time like it was just pulled out of the fridge, I get that I did not order rice , but should it be soupy with sauce ? Not appetizing, I'm spending my hard earned money expecting quality. What a disappointment.

This place is a complete joke from top to bottom. I placed my order around 8:30pm. After waiting for about 10 minutes I was told that they could make my order but they are out of rice. I asked if they were out of all rice, and their answer was yes. So I said, "Ok, no rice then please." After another 5 minutes I got my order and headed home and when I bit in, we got rice😞. I took a bite of their tooth chipping, stick in your molar rice. I spit it out and immediately had to brush my teeth and check my fillings. Then, somehow, their service got worse. I called to make them aware of the mistake and what had happened. The worker told me that their rice machine stopped working. Which I doubt now that is true, the staff is just lazy. So I told him I could head back up there to get my order "minus rice" obviously. I got there and I said I was the one who called and provided them with the receipt and told them what happened, once again. He said my manager said that we can only make your bowl without rice or refund you. I said, "So you can't make them burritos?" They answered, "Yes, but without rice."😞 I couldn't believe that I had been talking to myself for about an hour at this point. I said, "This is the actual 5th time I've said to make my order without rice please for the love of God." Lol. I sat down trying my best to calm down from the worse service experience I have ever had. Then I'm sitting there for about 2 minutes and a stubby Hispanic kid tells me "Hey.. is it ok to make those bowls? We don't have any more wraps?." I replied, "Omg, I just asked if you could make them burritos and not bowls but without rice." They started to tell me excuses about how busy they were today and I said, "This is hall rd and Hayes" of course you were slammed.lol. I'll just take the refund then. The stubby Hispanic flung the confirmation of some print out receipt on the counter towards me. On my way out I had to fight everything in my body not to cause more of a scene because someone's kid was there waiting for their mom to get off work. Sorry about the short story but if you've stuck around this long make sure to leave a like while I fight my inner demons for the next couple hours while feeding my 3 year old corn tortillas with cheese and sour cream because of this God awful Qdoba.
