  Food was Fresh and Service was fast for how fresh food was. I don't know if it was good timing on my part or Normal, but thats was my experience:)

  If you go through the drive-thru they will ask you to pull off or pull ahead and wait for your food, telling you they are making it “fresh”. They WILL forget about you, you will have to go inside the establishment and ask for your food, and nothing you receive will be fresh, it will taste as though it has been sitting out on the counter for a while. Unfortunately we have given them multiple chances but have had the same experience almost every time. Making any other choice for something to eat would be better than going to this location.

  Coming from someone who also works in the food industry, I just wanted to make it aware to double check your food before eating at this location. This morning, I consumed a sausage burrito & a hash-brown. I went to open my bacon egg & cheese biscuit and there was CHEWED spearmint gum holding the sandwich wrapper together. This is very unsanitary and disturbing. I contacted corporate and they were very nice. The manager who issued me a refund was also very nice and respectful! But whoever was on the food line this morning… come on man..

  As soon as I walked in i was greeted by a very slippery floor that i assume was grease of some, with no sign at all. After waiting at the counter for about 2-3 minutes I decided to use the kiosk. Wondering why my food is taking more than 15+ minutes for 2 people i look back and see 3 of the worker, two of which had red dyed hair, were all just standing there socializing. The bigger red haired person was being loud and obnoxious to the point you could hear them in the play area. After that I turn around to see 4 of the workers sitting at a table talking while still waiting on my food. Took us 3 tables to find one that was semi disgusting from all the food and sauce on them. By far the worst mcdonald’s in the area.
