Me and my wife made two orders the first order I had $2 off a medium frappe and they charged me full price after I gave them my code and said there was nothing that they could do about it when I didn't get the $2 off. The manager then walked away and asked a minor to handle the situation in which case she looked at me and asked me if I was going to pay full price or not... So I walked out. My wife then ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra onion extra pickle add Big Mac sauce and what they gave us instead were two plain cheeseburgers with nothing on it. I don't understand why a manager wasn't managing in the employees weren't doing their jobs correctly they were very rude very immature and the restaurant was dirty on top of everything else... I would have rather ate at the McDonald's in downtown Kalamazoo then at this one.

Do not waste your time going here apparently nobody inside wants to do their job and take orders or even fill the orders that are sitting there getting cold while people are standing there with the receipts unacceptable

Last time I was there , there was someone (maybe an employee ? They weren't in uniform so maybe not an employee) vaping in the kitchen area while on her phone, there were multiple employees noticeably high, and I had to wait way longer than usual. The waiting is the new normal at this McDonald’s I guess, but it was pretty bad last time I was there. Most of my food was cold by the time I got it, so I really don’t understand the wait. Especially since I saw 6ish employees standing around like zombies back there. I go here about once or twice a month, and usually I can look past the consistently soggy fries, the bad customer service, the thrown together burgers, the weirdly thin smoothies and shakes, the forgotten napkins, but last time I went was just the worst. I know it’s McDonald’s, but it’s so bad. Even for McDonald's. Even for this specifically bad McDonald’s.

Been in here 8-10 times in last few months and ice never works on beverage station. Tables almost always are not cleaned well or just has crap on them from last diner. Drive through service is excellent though so I no longer go inside. Last time I went inside an employee was dropping F Bombs on the floor while kids were around. Manager said nothing to her while she stood by her.
