The place was more than half empty with 3 servers taking care of the front area and it took over two hours to get our food. When Jacky waddled out with our plates of food everything was cold. This was after we had already discussed the terrible service and multiple people leaving because they we never even seated. Our experience was so bad that we were not charged for the food because it was not safe to eat.

It wasn’t busy. There was one other group in the whole restaurant. It took us 15 minutes to even be seen at the host stand. When we were finally seated, we gave our drink orders. 40 minutes later, we still have not received our drinks. I finally got up and literally filled up waters for everybody myself. The weight staff was awful, and seemed irritated that we were even there. Finally beers and other drinks came out after around 50 minutes and some complaining. Food was out an hour and a half later and cold. Other than a few people at the bar, we were literally the only party there for most of the time, and still couldn’t get good service! The weight staff was rude and had no interest in working. I have never received such bad service in my entire life! I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant if the food was free.
