  Used the app made me wait 20 minutes in the worst weather possible while the 5 other people using the app got their orders way before me and on top of that they got my orders wrong place was extremely lucky I didn’t go Karen on them

  I go here nearly every day .. the service is mostly good.. but man they mess up my order SO MUCH!!! and for the price we pay for this product .. the service better make up for it. I get attitude at the pick up window when my Tea has ice in it .. which I ALWAYS clearly ask for no ice .. and I get the wrong Tea 25% of the time .. I ALWAYS order unsweetened tea with no ice .. many times I get sweet tea .. or tea with ice in it .. and don't even get me started on the steak bagel I order with extra sauce and sometimes get NO SAUCE ..the manager in the after noon has a bad attitude. the only workers worth keeping. the lady who takes money in the morning she is 100% the only reason I go anymore .. and the 2 guys at the window who are super polite .. and the manager Kathy is great .. FIRE everyone else and start again or Culver's is going to run you over. I have filled out surveys and gotten a verbal "tell them you have a free breakfast sandwich and the window. I don't want a free sandwich I want my order to be correct! not too mention the quality of McDonalds food is terrible but that is a corporate issue.

  Emily the server is excellent CSR know facts, is a helpful guide of her city. There is not much further one could go to appease her customers.

  "Using the app?" No app. What can we get started for ya? Big breakfast please. With or without hot cakes? No cakes? $5.93. Thank you Get my bag and its missing the hashbrown and it has 2 butters and a syrup. What the hell.?.? I dont care about reimbursement of a greasy hashbrown ... Just do better is all we ask! Guess this is why I hardly go here. 😔
