I get attitude at the pick up window when my Tea has ice in it .. which I ALWAYS clearly ask for no ice .. and I get the wrong Tea 25% of the time .. I ALWAYS order unsweetened tea with no ice .. many times I get sweet tea .. or tea with ice in it .. and don't even get me started on the steak bagel I order with extra sauce and sometimes get NO SAUCE ..the manager in the after noon has a bad attitude. the only workers worth keeping. the lady who takes money in the morning she is 100% the only reason I go anymore .. and the 2 guys at the window who are super polite .. and the manager Kathy is great .. FIRE everyone else and start again or Culver's is going to run you over. I have filled out surveys and gotten a verbal "tell them you have a free breakfast sandwich and the window. I don't want a free sandwich I want my order to be correct! not too mention the quality of McDonalds food is terrible but that is a corporate issue.
