  Went in the day before to pick up an order on the mobile app, nobody was there but lights on and doors unlocked. Then went in the day after, ordered food through the app, went into the drive through and got the cops called on us because we honked the horn. They refused service and a refund and decided to give us our food after a 20 minute dispute with the cops. Workers are rude, bathrooms are nasty when there’s nobody even there except two other people. Disgusting food, soggy fries, and bad employees.

  Fast food expectations have gotten beyond low, but this place is ridiculous. Me and my brother decided to stop for taco bell around 6:45pm, while my brother went to the kiosk I went to the front counter to be helped. I spent about 5 minutes waiting before a worker told me that they were only doing kiosk orders. Ok, so why isn't there a note or someone approaching to tell me after noticing me approach the counter. Whatever, I just decided to go back out to the car without ordering after feeling disrespected. My brother also came out to the car 5 minutes after that just to tell me about how he ordered on the kiosk, was given the option to pay with cash, went to the front counter, and received the same exact disrespect that I was given by being ignored. Whoever owns this place seriously needs to do a complete overhaul of management, and customer satisfaction. Because this place is on my no go to list just like Burger King.

  Google says they are open but wouldn't be able to tell driving by because the sign is off and so are all the lights in their parking lot. Stopped in for a late dinner tonight the young women taking my order seemed a little irritated with me. Would like to say this is the first time experiencing horrible customer service at this location but that would be a lie.

  Always have all their outside lights off im assuming in hopes no one will come through. Little miss who was running the drive through had a nasty attitude tonight along with her male friend up at the window who practically shoved my food out the window without saying a word to me. Kind of crazy to be so bothered by the customer who make your paycheck possible.
