Leaves people waiting for pickup orders because “app is down” even though the payment was taken out for the order. Screaming and swearing at customers, has no idea what customer service is. Talks about paying customers to coworkers while they are still in the store. 10/10 do not recommend.

We don't live in town and our order was picked up just after 7 pm, I get home and we get ready to eat and all 4 subs are made wrong, none of them had cheese 2 subs didn't have the right dressing didn't have the right condiments wrong bread just a mess. Call up and speak to a girl named Tina who told us they don't refund online orders but they can make us new ones and to call tomorrow which is today. We called today and lady would not say her name she told me that I would have to have brought the subs back and she is not going replace or give any refund and she would have to speak to someone higher up. . This is not the first time they have messed an order up, but will for sure be the last they get any of my money.
