  Always messes up my order or forget something. Take 20 min to get your food, and you would think if they messed up they would hook you up with something!

  I stopped coming to this location 3 years ago because my food was consistently made incorrect. I went back today for the first time, I waiting almost 5 minutes to have my order taken, then 4/7 items were made incorrectly, by the manager, who is also who took my order. I have the receipt, everything was rang in correct, but not made correct.

  Doesn't participate in the Taco Bell app so you dont get any of the deals. Usually understaffed. Ownership clearly doesnt care.

  After 2 check-in ins with the counter, and 25 minutes, still no food. Wasted my entire lunch break, and ended up with a refund and no food :(

  Ridiculously slow; we were stuck at the pickup window for almost ten minutes without a word of explanation. The employee finally shoved a bag at us but forgot to give us any of the sauces he had offered earlier. And it was very expensive for skimpy portions! Now I remember why I stopped going there years ago. I won't ever go back, and this time I won't forget why. Corporate needs to step in and force improvements.
