  Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time, food wasn’t ready and nothing was right, the lady was rude as hell don’t bother going here

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. First, I received the wrong order. When I called the store, a lady told me I could come back anytime to get the correct order for free and mentioned they keep a board where they write customer names for replacements. A few weeks later, I went back as instructed, but the manager said there was no record of my name and refused to replace my order. No apology and no effort to resolve the issue. That’s unacceptable customer service. On top of that, the food quality has been poor. The items are often slightly burned, and the quantity is noticeably less compared to the other two Taco Bell locations in the area. You pay the same price but get less food and lower quality. Overall, this has been my worst Taco Bell experience. I would not recommend this location.

  Toni was an awesome outstanding taco bell employee!!! She needs a raise, like yesterday!!! I'm serious!! As a business owner myself, I would love to have exceptionally great employees like her! She brought out our food to us, (which normally they call the name on a tray) and was very friendly, unlike most employees in today's world. She said, and I quote, "I treat our customers well here!" That's how every business should be, and she makes it a very comfortable place to be in and is the definition of excellence customer service! 👌 Thank you Toni! Your amazing and deserve so much more!
