We are told that their system has been dropping orders all day and sending them to other stores even in to Arizona. No big deal technology happens. I asked how can I cancel it and we will just reorder since we are here and was told thats your problem not ours you should have called. Are you serious? From there she had a complete attitude and we ended up leaving ang going to McDonald's next door, got home called the number on my confirmation and cancelled my order. You guys just reopened and already lost a customer. Your staff needs customer service training big time!!
