I recently visited this Dunkin (first time ever in one) and the woman running the place was so rude. Not only to me but her staff. She yelled at the two young girls "COFFEE", when they simply paused to read the screen showing their online orders. She took my order- no one was behind me or in front of me. She starts on my drink and when someone came in she set my cup down and took the next persons order. She repeated this process- (picking my cup up and setting it down, picking it up and setting it down) 4 times. I waited almost 20 minutes for a matcha, when no one was in front of me. Whoever owns/runs this place needs to look into the efficiency of their managers and their process in general.

I went into the Dunkin to have my order taken and stood at the counter for probably 7 to 8 minutes before I was told that they didn’t have the time to take my order. There were roughly 5 employees, none of whom were doing anything, mind you, including one who was just on the phone. I finally found the digital kiosk to make my order however, I did not know how many shots came in a Large latte. I wanted to ask how many shots of espresso typically came in a large latte before adding any extra shots. I went to the front counter to ask one of the employees how many shots came in a large latte typically, however, upon me asking this question, I was promptly ignored and laughed at, and then pointed back to the digital kiosk. Text while I was ordering, I was told that a shot of espresso would be $1.99. I assumed that this might be a misunderstanding as he did not hear my prior question because he ignored me. I asked him again how many shots of espresso typically came in a large coffee. He told me, again, that a shot of espresso was $1.99. I told him that that was not my question. I then asked one more time how many shots of espresso came in a large latte. He did not tell me and clearly did not have the English speaking abilities to communicate if he knew or not. I was then laughed at. I went to the kiosk to try and figure it out. I wanted about 4 to 5 shots of espresso so I assumed that if there were about two shots of espresso in a large, I would then add two more shots of espresso to make a four shot of espresso, Large Latte. I didn’t see them making my drink about six minutes later and I see them laughing at me as they’re making the drink telling me that it Was going to be too strong. Had I known it was going to be too strong or perhaps if the employee had answered my original question I would know this, but since the employees did not care enough to help me out, I was forced to figure this out on my own and paid nine dollars for a coffee that has way too many shots of espresso. The employees here are awful and I will never be coming back here again. Try to go to any other Dunkin if you are physically capable, this place does not deserve your time.
