  The owner of st Joseph Dunkin is very rude don't no how to talk with customer if he dont have he yel back using bad word. I had a bad experience today at that place that's not the way to treat customer. He is full of attitude very awful person.

  I asked for a cup of water to take some medication. The employee said it costs 1.00. Really ? For a cup of water. I bought breakfast and coffee. And wanted to sell me a cup of water.

  I recently visited this Dunkin (first time ever in one) and the woman running the place was so rude. Not only to me but her staff. She yelled at the two young girls "COFFEE", when they simply paused to read the screen showing their online orders. She took my order- no one was behind me or in front of me. She starts on my drink and when someone came in she set my cup down and took the next persons order. She repeated this process- (picking my cup up and setting it down, picking it up and setting it down) 4 times. I waited almost 20 minutes for a matcha, when no one was in front of me. Whoever owns/runs this place needs to look into the efficiency of their managers and their process in general.
