I have had to call to find out where my order was 3 different times. Two different times I was told that it was taking so long because "our fryer decided to not start up this morning". Maybe you should get the fryer fixed or let people know that there's an issue so their order will not arrive on time. An hour and 40 minutes is ridiculous. Not to mention the food is never as good as the other locations. Only reason I continue to give chances to this location is that they deliver to my work, and I cant aways leave to get lunch. This is just not ok.
