  No hand sanitizer. No soap in the bathroom. Whats that tell you. And took 20 mins on a double cheeseburger and a 6 pc nugget. Wont be back. And the GM wont care, she was inside talking shit about a customer that left after she came in making a complaint. 😂😂

  I walked in, could see the employees and they could see me, but no one addressed me as I stood at the counter to place my order. People even walked passed me and didn't say when someone would take my order. When I finally put in my order, I waited 10 minutes. I remember a time 10 minutes was unacceptable at a fast food place. McDonald's used to be the industry standard for drive thru and promptness. The inside was empty, so I don't know how to explain the wait. When I get my order, the bun was hard, as if it was in the microwave too long, and the burger was burnt. The fries were cold too. I have been at this location two other times and service was lousy. Today was my last time.

  Literally gave up on getting drinks after waiting 20 minuets for the food, and to top it off the food was stone cold

  Ordered through the app, and paid within 5 minutes. I then proceeded to wait in the pull ahead lane for 25 minutes. In fact, I’m still waiting. I’ve watched the car in front of me get their food, as well as 3 cars behind me, while they’re having almost everyone from the drive through line park at their 5 curbside lines. I just got my food and and the very least, my order was right and the food was hot. That’s why they’re not getting a 1 star. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.
