  Every time I place an order over the phone from this particular location there is a problem. The attitude that a few of them have at this location is terrible. Whoever the female is who answered the phone tonight, that's your second time hanging up on me. The wait time is always crazy. They tell me 20 minutes, I get there after 30 minutes and still have to wait another 10-20 minutes after arriving. There's only one time I came into the establishment and was greeted properly. Last month someone as me what was I there for... thought my reason for being there was clear since they serve food. I guess he forgot that. My order right only 60 percent of the time and I've gotten an attitude a few times for bringing it to their attention. I didn't tell you to work there, you chose to be there. Don't cop an attitude with me.

  This store is top-notch! Whenever we get delivery, it’s always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly.

  Worst customer service EVER!! Not only did the driver back into our driveway and break our Christmas decorations (we have camera footage from our doorbell cam), he delivered the wrong pizza. My husband called the store only to be mocked by the manager. No apology or replacement of wrong order. I personally think Domino’s Pizza is crap and have absolutely no problem NEVER ordering from them again!! I seriously rather eat a Hot N’ Ready from Little Caesar’s.

  This location seems to be run very poorly. I came in today for my pizza, which should have been already made by this time. There was a line of about 7 people waiting for their pizza against the wall. No one was at the register and no one acknowledged me when I came in. Everyone in the store was busily making pizzas and ignoring the customers. I was highly confused, and waited for a moment, then asked the other customers wth is going on? Are they ringing you up? Are you in line to order, or waiting for your food? They were waiting for their food. They seemed to think I came in at a bad time. I asked a guy working there if my pizza was ready and he said he didn't say anything about my pizza, but that Karen's was ready. I lost my temper and said "You suck" to all the workers. Then, "I'm out of here, this is the worst dominos I've ever been to!" For losing my temper and saying that to the workers who probably didn't really deserve it, I apologize. However, the management needs to be updated. I've never seen such bad service at a pizza place before in my life. It was awful. I hope they improve in the future, but I'll never be a customer here again. I'm sorry if what I said hurt anyone's feelings. It's not their fault. It was probably just the manager's. But the service was absolutely horrendous. Seriously.
