They have never gotten my order wrong and I have been occasionally going there now for almost 4 years. The food isn't that great but I think that's just a McDonald's thing and doesn't have anything to do with the specific location.
- AAAlexJan 10, 20261.0There was nobody there when I went through drive thru, nobody was responding. I ended up pulling into a parking spot to wait for a snackwrap and happy meal. It took them 15 minutes. I got home to eat the food and it was absolutely horrible. I pulled the fries out and they were brown, not even a little warm and super soggy. The snack wrap was so tough the chicken wouldn’t pull apart, it was like eating rubber. The chicken was dry and the wrap had no ranch. It seemed really old. It was so gross. I have no idea what I waited for… prices are irrelevant but especially with what they want to charge it’s absurd. I didn’t eat any of my food.

They won’t even refund me I’m am so beyond pissed with mc Donald’s and door dash.

I was told they hadn't had any for a few months! REALLY!! Tea is 1 of the least expensive things to make in the store .. I gotta believe they make 90% profit on it, if not 95%(5-10% food cost!). What kind of management & ownership is there that they can't figure out how to go to the store get tea bags & make tea while pressuring the repair guy to fix the system?!!! Really!! Has covid dumbed us down SOO MUCH we can't think outside the box??
