  I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The pizza 🍕 taste nasty and taste strange. Its like the cooks doesn't care about their position within the company. I have seen and heard of so many horrible stories about this restaurant. I would recommend sticking with your favorite pizza before trying this new Pizza Hut. It's just not worth it. They might need to hire new cooks. The pizza that I had purchased the dough taste spoiled, moldy, and smelled strange. It tore my stomach up, I was throwing up for 2 days, and was sick 🤮. The owner needs to investigate what's going on with this company. This Pizza Hut doesn't compare to the Pizza Hut on Bay Rd. I hate the fact that Pizza Hut location close a few years ago. That Pizza Hut on Bay Rd was the best in town. You always heard great things about that Pizza Hut. Family nights were amazing there. I sure do misses that Pizza Hut a lot. But this Pizza Hut on State St I will not revisit ever again and what's sad I am pizza lover. I am sticking with my main pizza company who loves and takes great care of their customers. The pizza is 100% satisfied guaranteed!

  Food was disgusting 🤮. It had me and my household sick 🤢😷. The dough tasted moldy and the sauce tasted weird. I gave the delivery driver a nice tip. I normally tip anywhere from $10-$30. The driver came at a decent time. It's not the driver's fault that the pizza 🍕 tasted so disgusting 🤮. I loved the Pizza 🍕 Hut back on Bay Rd. I was disappointed when they closed. The pizza is very horrible at this location. I am going to stick with Little Caesars Pizza 🍕. Which I believe is one of the best pizza companies in Saginaw, especially on Bay Rd. I have purchased pizza 🍕 from this place 4 times sinced they opened. Twice I ordered for my office and twice at home. Every time I ordered pizza from home the sauce always tasted stranged as if someone did something to the sauce to sabotage the pizza And lots of companies does this because of evil and hate. However the pizza 🍕 might not be for the person you intend to hurt or harm But you could be harming CHILDREN or ELDERLY people As much money as I have spent at this location just to get sick🤢😷 from eating your pizza 🍕 is outrageous. I was going to consider purchasing pizza for my office again But this incident speaks volumes So I will not be ordering pizza from this company ever again for myself or my company I will be ordering tacos 🌮 for the staff I believe people should be cautious when buying food from this company This isn't the same people who worked on Bay Rd before closing Kelly was an amazing manager and cook I ate at Pizza Hut🍕 1-2 per week for years This location makes pizza 🍕 horrible 🫣🧐 I've warned my family and friends about getting sick everytime I ordered from this company. They have had the same exact experience as well. However you can't never go wrong with Little Caesars Pizza 🍕 100%

  I placed an order over the phone with the ordering service, and it was accidentally sent to the wrong location. My card was charged, but they quickly addressed the issue and issued me a refund while ensuring I received my order. Excellent customer service they handled everything promptly and professionally 🙂

  Great food and staff is amazing! I have ordered delivery twice. Drivers Ryan and Blaze were extremely fast and very pleasant! Also had carryout and the staff were nice and made me feel very welcomed. Will continue to order in the future
