  Everything we ordered came out wrong, twice. When they finally got it right, we were there for over an hour and over the situation. We asked for boxes and left. Will not be returning

  We absolutely love this restaurant. My mother-in-law has celiac, and they always take the extra precautions to ensure that her meal is gluten-free. Our food is always fresh and everyone is so accommodating. I’d like to say a special thank you to the manager Jen. We had a minor situation with my youngest child and she stepped right in and went above and beyond helping us get a solution to the problem. Thank you!!

  My husband and I actually just had dinner there. Our Waiter Sky was an absolute Gem. The best experience we've had in a very long time at a Restaurant. Thank You so much for making his Birthday Dinner Wonderful ❤️🌹

  We've always enjoyed Outback so we decided to go there for our 54th anniversary last Wednesday. Our waitress was made aware that it was our anniversary. We ordered appetizers and drinks, dinners and an order of carrot cake to go. Drinks and appetizers were fine, eventually our dinners arrived. My ribs were inedible. Tough, grisly and drenched in sauce that was much hotter than usual. Our waitress didn't seem to notice that I wasn't eating and I wasn't up to complaining so we asked for boxes. The waitress was surprised and asked why we weren't staying for our anniversary dessert. We reminded her that we had ordered carrot cake to go. She'd forgotten. In the meantime our bill came up. The waitress returned with the cake and said to go ahead and pay, that the cake was on her. Nice! We gave a generous 30% tip and started to gather our things when another charge pops up. $10.95. For the cake. We basically paid for it twice. Now we have to find someone to buy the GC we have, because we won't be going back.

  Ive been in here countless times. 4 or 5. Every time the food has been terrible. Takes awhile to receive food I understand they are busy at times for some reason I do not understand. I dont want 4 different people touching my food ethier. Id perfer just the waitress to bring out the food as thats who im tipping. Just seems a little unprofessional. Both hosts were rude, the one whispered to the other something about me and didnt even look at me. I didnt know her and thought it was weird. The other one gave me a im to pretty attitude for no reason. I wasn't interested. The food isnt cheap. Ive had to replace my order more then once and I never do that. I wont be coming back and I would save you money and cook at home. I went there yesterday and got the three course meal. The burger tasted mushy, the sweet potato was saturated in butter by the time I got to eat it it was also mush. The salad had no dressing, the only thing good there was the lemon water and bread. I left before my cheese cake even came out. I seen my waitress one time in 20ish mins. Had to ask for ketchup took forever. Just so many complaints its not funny. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is shut down within 3 years
