Customer service has really died especially at fast food places but this McDonald's EVERYONE there this morning was sooooooooooo kind, soooooooo polite and each person had suchhhhhhh warm and welcoming attitudes!! IT WAS SOOOO REFRESHING!!! and I think it's important to show appreciation for the ones who make a difference in people's lives by just being kind ❤️
- MMMariaJuanaFeb 14, 20261.0I got the cops called on me because of McDonald’s mistake, they could not get my double fish sandwich the small fry correct and they couldn’t refund my money on my card. They kept my card until the cops got there and it all could’ve been prevented but managers wanted to feel entitled, rude unkind. Cops didn’t do anything, but look at her like she was an idiot. I wanted to leave she didn’t give me my card back. I told her she had to cash me out because it was a prepaid card and eventually at the end she cashed me out. I always go here in the morning. Service sucks at night all McDonald’s suck at night . I was not drinking. I was working came off a late night. I wanted to have something to eat before I went home and they treat people very badly. Like why be mean and unkind. Also they gave me an 2 dollars and a totally different receipt
