  Stole $19.00 from me Jason the manager asked for my email address to send me the statement. Never happened. Close the doors your incompetent except for your GM Sarah. Hope she gets a good job....

  I ordered a chicken bacon ranch ADD ez kickin.. they put only ez kickin.. not the ranch as well.. when you add ez kickin you also keep the regular ranch on there.. I know this because I worked at a certified training Jimmy John’s.. sandwich was dry and had no kick at all.. even with ez kickin you taste it.. I called the store and the lady said “I personally made that sandwich myself. Ez is a little ranch” and the other sandwich we ordered the beach club had no avo.. I should have known it would be messed up coming from this location..

  They don't listen to what the people want on it. We had order just ham, cheese, pickles. We got ham, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, and cheese. Horrible listening and service

  Okay so I worked my way up to managing 2 businesses, convenience store / deli and a bagel shop throughout high school and well into my mid-20s but people love me this is back in Jersey. And I wish you should get and cut the lunch meat for Italian hoagies me would use spiced ham capicola ham art salami in provolone cheese, But every single morning I would pre-slice all the meats and basically put them together like an hour before lunch would hit. Because we used to go through like 40 to 50 within like an hour or so that was just the Italian hoagies. And we did it because the construction workers would come in people on their lunch breaks would come in and they knew that they could get an amazing sandwich that tasted awesome and they could be in and out the door within a minute or two when you have a 15 minutes to a half hour lunch break you don't want to spend 5 to 10 minutes in the deli. And there's customers that I knew that would literally get an Italian every single day for lunch when I'm talking some of these people came in like literally almost every day for years. I still stay in touch with some of my old friends that used to work there with me and we still talk about how good those Italian hoagies were and nothing else will ever live up to it. And most of the time up until I moved here to Michigan I would prefer to just go to the grocery store and pick up my own lunch meat to make my own sandwiches and hoagies because they always came out perfect I know it's not rocket science but there is nothing more disappointing than eating a cruddy sandwich. Throughout the years there were two places that I found that I can go and get a decent Italian hoagie from, One of them was my buddy's deli because they had the lunch meats and they adopted the way I used to make the sandwich. I don't like a lot of lunch meat on my Italian hoagies I kind of like a uniformed I like the cheese laid out then I like the lunch meat kind of laid down I don't like the roll cut and separated I like it butterflied and I've only lives up here in Michigan since October, I can't even find a good pizza or good rolls I can't even get most of the deli meats from any grocery store I go to for the combination that I use, and I've never eaten out of Jimmy John's before I hate Wawa hoagies I hate quick check hoagies, every pizza place that I've been to that I get a hoagie from they always come to lunch meat way too thick, it's hard to find a good deli with good rolls for sandwiches MY APOLOGIES I DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT I WROTE UNTIL I READ YOUR RESPONSE, BUT HANDS DOWN JIMMY JOHN'S ITALIAN FIXED MY CRAVING I'D GIVE THEM A SOLID 10 FOR THEIR ITALIAN HOAGIE. AND THE STAFF IS AWESOME THEY WERE REALLY NICE I ENJOYED TALKING TO THEM. I HAD TO GO BACK IN AND FIX THIS BECAUSE I CAN'T BUY THE STUFF AROUND HERE TO MAKE MY OWN ITALIAN. I MADE ONE RECENTLY BUT THEN AFTERWARDS I WAS ACTUALLY CRAVING JIMMY JOHN'S ITALIAN. BECAUSE EVEN THEIR FRESH ROLLS BLOW ANYTHING AROUND HERE OUT OF THE WATER.

  Located downtown across from the courthouse you would think it would be better lit outside and in at night. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the person taking my order. The staff, all 2 of them, were chatting about other locations and other staff. This wouldn't be my first choice of locations among this city.
