  Typically good, but have been an hour late on the last two orders I’ve had + have forgotten things. Was offered a $10 in store credit as compensation. I work at Jimmy John’s and know that’s not how it works. You can give refunds for mess ups and consistent late orders. Terrible customer service.

  Great place awesome staff they also told me they would sell me the bread and they would sell me the meats if I wanted to since I cannot find them anywhere in this area to make my own Italian hoagie. Coming from somebody that would not buy them anywhere because nobody could make them as good as me hands down I have to give them a solid 10. Honestly I really don't like going out and getting subs, hoagies, sandwiches from anywhere I prefer to make them myself. I'm just extremely happy to know whenever I get of craving for any kind of hoagie not just in Italian I can go here. Where I'm from in Jersey, sandwich shops and hoagie shops are dime a dozen. Quick check, Wawa, Firehouse subs so many different sub shops, deli's convenience stores. Pizza places they all sell sandwiches hoagies and stuff like that but I would rate them probably 3 or 4 out of 10! I'll never go to another sub shop unless it's Jimmy John's thank you again for fixing a craving that I've had for a long time.

  Me and my wife went shopping in Saginaw. We decided to get something quick for dinner. Google maps took us right to the Jimmy John's. Went in to order and got to sit there and listen to some really good satriani. That's the kind of atmosphere me and wife like. Took the stress of driving in that Christmas traffic right away.
