    Negative stars. They’re “not allowed” to take your order. You can only order at their kiosks… but there is no discount for doing the job of the employees they’ve downsized to lower customer service.

    I'm vegetarian and I think there's a 10% chance they don't mess up my order each time I go here. I get the workers aren't paid above and beyond, but so tired of wasting my money because a simple order cannot be read. If all the meat is swapped there is most likely a dietary reason! Will not be returning.

    Ordered chips and cheese. Received cheese with no chips. Ordered a black bean crunch wrap meal. Received no hard taco with the meal. Ordered a cheesy gordita crunch the meat was replaced with black bean. I did not ask for this. Ordered a chicken quesadilla half of it was empty burnt shell. I get messing up or omitting one thing but the team there literally found a way to screw up every item ordered in a unique way.

    Usually this spot is accurate with my order but Whoever made my bean burrito today must’ve been STONED because what in the..?! Definitely did not eat. Money in the trash. 😕

    Never gets the order correct. Not worth calling because they only offer for you to come back to the store to correct it. Not worth my gas money.
