- AYAmy YuchaszDec 24, 20251.0I HATE leaving reviews but this service was astronomically bad. I understand the holidays can be rough, I used to be a service worker as well... but a smile goes a long way. Not only that, but rushing your customers, interrupting them, and just being outright rude and nasty isn't necessary. The younger worker seemed stressed, I dont blame her. Her coworker was rude to her and every customer in sight. My fiance asked for his onions to be put under the cheese and she said "where do you want the chicken to go?" It was already placed on the sandwich. We've been together 3 years, I've heard him order his food that way every time, no matter the sandwich. No one has ever been so thrown off by such a simple question. It's a shame, as we have just moved and this subway is so close to our new home. But I'll travel farther for better service. What a horrible experience. I hope you guys find some better help. Kudos to the younger girl with freshly dyed hair. you were great, under the circumstances. Good luck, happy holidays.
