As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- DDDdog181Nov 26, 20251.0Had a mobile order. When I got home I noticed 2 items were missing a Large Garlic Parmesan Loaded Fries and a Double Rallyburger With Cheese. Tried calling the store (515 S Michigan Ave) and they would not pick up the phone and actively rejecting the calls. Drove all the way back to the location and was then told I needed the bag with all the food with me so they could verify what was missing, this has happened a few times and usually it's a $2 or $3 item and i just eat the cost and move on. People need to be fired or retraining or something at this location because I am pissed off that this keeps happening at this location and the staff/manager did not help or care. I do not want to go to rally anymore and if I do decide to try again I will never go to this location ever again.
