    I order the same thing every day not only today that I stand in there and wait for my food for 19 minutes One of the burgers had two pieces of cheese on it. I only have problems with the night shift I I swear they a joke. They don't know what they're doing and need training

    The wait times are outrageous. Seem like all the local McDonald's are using the same playbook. I've been parked and waiting for 1 sandwich and 1 hash browns for over 10 minutes. The entire lot is just full of people parked waiting and no food comes out. Their only answer to reviews is to submit one on McDonald's website where they just say they will forward it to the location. They don't care. You used to get a coupon for free items when they made you wait as an apology. Now they just don't care. How long do I sit parked waiting for them to bring me food before I just go get a refund? I ordered at 1020, breakfast is over now, and I still have no food. Unreal!!
