I was using the mobile app, but I was never asked for my app code. When I provided it myself, the attitude continued. After placing my order, I never received any confirmation on my mobile app, which made me uncomfortable moving forward with the transaction. Because of the lack of confirmation and the poor customer service, I decided to pull out of the drive-thru line without completing my order. Very disappointing experience. Customer service and better handling of mobile app orders are definitely needed at this location.
