The complaints should be considered by management as its spot on happening ordered waiting extra long no big deal half the order was wrong and was on my lunch break so not much i could do there with time so not only did you get my money you got my time as well.. and its not really to hard to look up look whats supposed to be in the bag and look down and confirm that's what's in it before handing it out .... I suppose I should of went next door taco bell and bk hasn't been lacking

I came in for a meal to get monopoly pieces and only got 1 of 3. I got large size meal which should have had game pieces on burger fries and drink. Out here scamming people I'll be getting a lawyer.

Idk what changed but this place has went so far down hill they should be embarrassed. Waited 8 minutes for them to fix my order, where I was charged extra for extra sauce on my bagel and received hardly any, burnt bagel, grosssss, for them to tell me I had to wait for fresh steak. Which I can appreciate, but it wasn't that hard of a request to get it right the first time

I have had their food several times and I typically order the same thing each time. On top of the long waits in the drive through, they typically mess up my order more times than they don’t. At this rate, I’m starting to believe the chef’s have it out for me because I request no onions or pickles in my burgers and yet, even today, I find them barely scraped off or hidden. Deplorable quality control. Hire new staff please!
