  i come here offen, they always mess up my order and I even ask for extra toppings and they put barely anything on it. The workers should not be working there if they don’t know how to satisfy customers. Ps every time I have to put my hands inside the sub to add the extra stuff. Not acceptable

  Took over 35 minutes to get two sandwiches just sandwiches nothing special about them we didnt get any drinks or chips. I even placed the order ahead of time. This is my first time going here and I will not be back. Multiple people drove away and they were telling people at the speaker box that it would be over a 10 minute wait. I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be freaky fast.

  Horrendous. Do not go here. Within two weeks I've gotten a sandwich that was literally half finished, no dressing or anything just meat cheese and bread and then I had a terrible bout of food poisoning from here. It was the spicy Italian sub. This was the only food I had for dinner so I know that's what caused it. The people that work here are unprofessional (constantly laughing loudly not taking anything seriously) and are not capable of basic food preparation or safety.

  Sub are over price nothing special about them. Never had a sub from there that I liked. Just wast of money. I willl never go to any Jim John location. Had 5 different sub never went back to get same sub again. Had my last sub there. Tuna was highly recommended. Got it was highly disappointed. All Jim John are the same to me. Just a very low quality sub and over price. Nothing special about the bread either.
