- NFNick Frontiera3 days ago1.0Placed a mobile order for 2 bowls. Picked up the order, checked the bag before leaving and there was only 1 bowl and it was completely incorrect. Drove back around to get it corrected and they told me to call customer service for a refund. This location is full of incompetent workers. Will drive the extra distance to the other Chipotle from now on.
- TTTimFeb 11, 20261.0They were great the first two weeks they were open and has gone straight downhill since. The passed 4 times I’ve went in at 7pm after work they have literally about 5 squares of meat in each dish as well as a scoop of old crusty veggies to where it just looks bare and you can see the metal pan even though they close at 11. The lady with acne scars all over her face always catches an attitude and looks at me like she’s appalled that someone is asking her to do her job by asking if they are making any more (as I would gladly wait) while the kitchen staff is standing around chopping it up. Each time I’ve left I took the chance and went to the Bay Rd location and everything is stocked and I’m in and out in 5 minutes, skip this location completely and just go to bay rd if your craving chipotle.
- JSJames SmithFeb 7, 20261.0Worst Chipotle ever. They let a few ounces of old dry meat stay in the bottom of the pan on their line for what must be hours because they're too lazy to make more. One of the meat trays might be full, but even then they act like it's coming out of their paycheck and give you half a spoonful. If you're gonna go through the masochism of going here, make sure they scoop it into the protein cup instead so you get your full portion. I will never step foot in Chipotle again, they're all starting to be like this tbh. The Qdobas in Saginaw are nasty too, so I guess I'll have to drive 15 miles out of the way to go to Moe's in Bay City now when I get a burrito craving!
