- JBJames BrodyJan 29, 20263.0So the food was great and the staff inside was awesome as usual. The big problem lies within the corporate offices and how the to go system functions. So I go online and place an order and pay at 520pm then I get a confirmation email that my order will be ready at 540pm. I arrived at the facility at 545pm and my order was not done. At 550 I asked the staff what was going on and they explained that the system only releases so many orders to be made at a time. This is garbage that corporate can't come up with a system that functions based on when an order is placed. The best solution to that would to not provide an estimated pickup time rather the customer should have to select a pickup time and the system should only allow for so many orders to be picked up in that time frame. You as corporate officials need to accept responsibility for this breakdown in systems and come up with a better process for order placement and pickup window time frames.
