    Buffalo Wild Wings Go on State St in Saginaw. Food was ready 15 minutes past the promised time (as it is every time), I realized before I left they forgot something so I went back into the store and they gave it to me, so they must have just been too lazy to look if it was in the bag. When I got home (15 minutes away) I realized they forgot something else. Called to have them refund it on my credit card and said they couldn’t, so drove back to get it. I ordered honey bbq wings, so when I finally got to eat almost 45 minutes after I picked up the order, I realized it was some other horrible tasting sauce. Looked at the box and just a white sticker on it not identifying what kind of sauce it was. On the buffalo chicken wrap we ordered (with mild sauce substitution) was not mild at all. This is by far the worst service I’ve had anywhere in years and years. If I could give a negative star review I would.

    The food was amazing I ordered from here all the time even when I get customers orders from DoorDash deliveries the food is amazing far as keeping the temperature nice and warm Don't even wait long for real probably less than 10 minutes If you definitely thinking of somewhere to go get food at and go to Buffalo wild wings go on State Street not the one on the other side of town if you know you know 😉 you will be waiting forever

    The food is great but it should not take 40-60 minutes for an order of 20 nuggets and fries. ESPECIALLY as one of 3 total customers here.

    Catrina is AMAZING!!! We ordered pickup at 10pm not knowing it was going to push our order for the next day but she made it possible to get it the same night!! She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you so much Catrina for your help and your service.

    Ordered boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce and half the wings had no sauce at all and they tasted like they were cooked last week. Ordered on door dash so I spent $30 on the nastiest crap I've ever eaten. Also got food poisoning from it. Never going back
