  I enjoy buffalo wild wings, this one is no different. But sometimes it can be hard to enjoy it. The food is always pretty good, the atmosphere even when busy is enjoyable, but its the service thats hurts the experience. The servers are always pretty nice but I will order something and it ends up coming 20 to 45 minutes later, which when busy makes sense but it happens every time even when the orders are pretty simple, they on a regular basis get orders wrong, which usually isn't a problem cause the servers are nice enough to fix it free of charge, but it gets annoying when it happens every other time you go. Im not saying its a bad restaurant but it needs some things to be fixed once these things are fixed they could definitely be one of the best around. So all in all good food great atmosphere just not great service.

  Saginaw Buffalo Wild Wings Tittabawassee Steet If this was the only Buffalo Wild Wings I had ever been to, I wouldn't go back. My family and I went there for supper. We arrived Sunday 1-18-2026 around 5pm. The waitress was nice but over worked. The appetizers came to the table. I got cheese curds. They were cold and more than half were burnt and had a burnt flavor. Four of the 5 of us got extremely burnt cold fries. I got the original chicken dippers. They seemed very flat compared to the chicken tenders. I definitely won't be coming back to Saginaw as I live by Lansing. I'm not sure I'll even go back to Lansing due to the fact the new chicken dippers do not even compare to the old chicken tenders.

  Took us over an hour to get our food, they had two big groups but that was literally all they had. The restaurant was almost completely empty. The fries were hard and cold, half the wings were cold, the service was mediocre. All the waitresses were literally just standing talking because it was so dead. They also messed up two out of the three orders by missing basic toppings.

  We have been to this BWW Many times, never disappointed. Food was great as usual, service very efficient and we enjoyed our hot wings that we love along with fries & dipping queso that's always a plus😋😋
