I'm giving less stars total because it was severely understaffed which meant the kitchen was not equipped to get our food out in a timely manner at all, which is not their fault as one or two people can only do so much at a time. This is ok to do to any of the staff as the servers usually take the brunt of complaints and lost wages if the food takes forever. PLEASE STAFF THE KITCHEN AND YOYR RESTAURANT BETTER!

He went to the car as I informed our waitress of the situation. To my surprise I was still asked to pay for the pop that I only took 4 sips of, we were in the restaurant for a total of 10 minutes 5 of those minutes were standing waiting to be seated. As someone who loves BWW and frequents this place almost monthly I was so surprised that I was still charged $4 for a barely drunken drink. My waitress was very nice but come on that's ridiculous that'd they lose a return customer over a $4 drink. Picture of the drink and receipt included.

We waited a good 7 minutes, people walking by, no one even brought us ice water. Then Kyle the bartender came over introduced himself and took our orders. He served us through the entire meal and was very good. Made an excellent Blue Long Island for me. He took our Keno tickets in, etc.... Happy they have a bartender who keeps his eyes on the room and stepped up to help out. Tittabawassee Rd restaurant should staff better. 5 stars for Kyle
