  First time getting coffees and hash browns were great! Second time not so much. Drinks were made wrong. Requested different milk and that did not happen and I’m allergic to stuff in oat milk so that was frustrating. Hash browns the second time were not cooked completely. Donuts were ok nothing amazing. Both times took about 20 mins to get our items with no other customers there. Granted they did just open, but that’s a little crazy. Employees are very kind though. Hopefully things improve with time.

  Just plain bad. Donuts are not fresh. Can tell made off site at a distribution location quite far as have almost a stale taste/texture and i was there at 9am. Poor selection also. Next time Tim Hortons

  I placed a mobile order today and I forgot to add a flavor to my ice latte so I went back up to ask if I could add the French vanilla swirl and they took care of it for me. Very friendly staff will definitely be back

  I cannot believe how bad my order was ! Coffee was horrible, bagel was wrong one also not toasted and had a teaspoon of cream cheese ! Breakfast sandwich didn’t have bacon or any meat and donuts were the worst I’ve ever seen at dunkin. The whole order went in the trash. I go to Dunkin birch run almost daily and cannot believe this new location in Saginaw is this bad!!!

  Great service a bit rushed with it being a brand new Dunkins. They had no eggs today so I got an avocado toast which was a little cold. Coffee was great. Will come back again once they get even set up more.
