  A nice looking interior, but the tables were too close together. I hate when volume takes priority over the comfort of the customer. We only ordered 1 order of sushi and it was decent (meh). The "Crispy Spicy" wasn't that crispy and not spicy. The green tea wasn't Japanese. The Steak was excellent, but I don't go to a Japanese restaurant for a steak. The Chicken Teriyaki was different. If you're looking for old school traditional, this isn't it. It was a little heavy on the ginger. But worse was that It was served with lotus root and long-grain rice (my mother would have been pissed off to have long grain with her teriyaki!) That's more Chinese than Japanese. They had Hoisin Pork Ribs, but again, this is a Chinese dish. So it's more Asian Fusion I guess, but they don't even serve a fried rice dish, Chinese or Japanese style. So trendy, decent, but not the place to go for Japanese or Chinese food.

  Drinks were amazing and the food was just as good. The vibe here is awesome. It is definitely a spot worth checking out. Only surprise was a pretty steep $5 “rocks” charge for ordering my drink on ice. Never seen ice at that much of a premium before, but everything else was great. Would go back!

  The sushi was hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can really taste the quality. The cocktails were just as impressive — creative, perfectly balanced, and dangerously delicious. Definitely order at least one (or two!). And whatever you do, don’t skip the wasabi whipped potatoes. They are a MUST-TRY. Creamy with just the right kick of wasabi — such a unique and unforgettable side dish. From the food to the drinks to the overall vibe, everything was top-notch.

  IF ITS UR BIRTHDAY DONT GO HERE. First of all they trap you by not letting you make a reservation and when you go in you gotta wait 30+ minutes. We brought our own cake and they told us there is a $20 cake fee??? r u serious. Are they gonna charge me for wearing a hat too? it ruined our birthday plans and overall I had such a bad experience. never coming back here. guy was rude and entitled as heck.
