The difference in your "cantina" menu items is that they feature (upgraded, slow-roasted chicken and unique ingredients like purple cabbage, pico de gallo, and avocado verde salsa.) Up until March 21st 2024... There was just "The Bowl". Regardless of that being almost 2 years ago... The last thing you do is tell the customer that they are wrong and that it's always been that way. Take your straight outta highschool job more seriously. Read some of the other reviews from this location and I have to agree with most of them... If there was another Taco Bell closer to me, I would not be coming back to this one.

I tried calling the restaurant but the woman was mean. She kept cutting me off to ask what my name was like 3 times in the span of a minute and then started yelling at me when I was clearly getting annoyed before hanging up on me and refusing to answer the phone again and when she did pick up just told me there was nothing she could do and that I had to contact Taco bell corporate. I did and instead of rufunding my $28 to my account Tacobell just gave me a $15 off coupon on my next order. I tried calling them and they just told me they couldn't give me my money back. Neither of the quesadillas had stake in them, my 5 layer was for some reason a fried chicken thing and my Cantine chicken taco was a hard taco with a soft tortilla glued to it with cheese. Everything else was missing.
