She snapped at me and the line of other people waiting that we’d just have to be patient. Her tone and attitude is the same every time I’m in regardless of how polite I try to be to make things easier. I’ve started coming just once a week for lunch to avoid dealing with this employee. I complained to management in person once before but it seems like her attitude is the same. The rest of the staff doesn’t act like this so I don’t understand her problem, but it’s disrespectful.
