  I stopped at 438 they opened 430 went through drive through spent 10 min with a no go answer. Pulled out went inside and asked if they were open they say yes. I asked if I could order he said he was too busy. I was the only one in the store. So again I say you’re open but I can’t order he says I’m busy too busy maybe later. I left….no words. Turn off your ope sign don’t waste my time at 430 am!!!

  The food and drinks here are great, and the staff here are great. It's in a very convenient location, which makes it busy most of the time. The parking lot and drive thru lane is too small for the amount of people coming through. Makes it very difficult to get into the parking lot, let alone into the drive thru line. Other than that, great Dunkin Donuts.

  There’s nothing consistent about this location besides the fact that they burn any sandwich I order as well as the hash browns. Bagels are burnt but also so chewy I can’t even bite through the sandwich. Got a coffee and a sandwich and asked for a cup of water without ice- it was a dollar extra. Just go to the other location in Madison Heights on 14mile

  I just went through the drive through at this location and ordered a chocolate chip shake. They gave it to me and it was just a regular chocolate shake. I explained that I ordered a chocolate chip, they got VERY rude with me and told me that’s not what I ordered. They kept arguing with me until I told them to just give me my money back so I could go somewhere else. One of the employees responded “Well he’s already making you another one” and proceeded to hand me an Oreo shake. Do better guys, this is as ridiculous and very unprofessional. I’ll be going to a different location moving forward.

  The food, sucks. Took too long my friend had to leave before even getting her stupid bacon egg and cheese that ultimately would’ve been a burnt bagel, mysterious looking cheese and soggy eggs. I had to pay a dollar for a water that tasted like plastic. It smells bad in here. My doughnuts are cold and hard. I feel bad for this poor man who has been here for the last 30 mins just asking for his wrap. If it was possible for me to leave a 0 star review I would’ve because I’ve been here twice and it was the same experience both times and I am posting this to urge people to not come here because the refresher tasted like acid and the bagels and donuts are both hard to eat. I must not be America because there is no way I am running on this poopoo.
