Went here last night
Service - No water refills for a very long time, for drink reorders we had to ask multiple times why they were taking so long and we got some "oh let me look" type answers. Magically they were ready right after that.
When our food came out the two bussers didn't know who's food went to who, which i understand to a point. What I don't understand is we asked them to identify what's on the 5+ plates and they said they had no idea... What? This is a taco place? So they send their bussers not knowing where the food goes OR what the food is? When asking for them to get someone who understands the food to help us they just kind of kept saying they didn't know the food. We figured it out on our own.
Also someone at our table has an allergy that was present on some of our dishes, so it was very important the correct dishes reached the intended guests.
Food - Tried a few dips, no flavor. The brisket was pretty gross and the carnitas looked and tasted like they sat in a vat of oil for hours. One of the tacos the cheese wasn't even melted on top. The sauces weren't great. 1/5 for taste overall in comparison to all the taco places I've been to. I will say the seasoned taco shell inside the soft shell was cool. Margs were not good, just juice, idk if even shaken. Next door is a 180 for both food and drinks
Atmosphere - Fun and unique! Chairs are uncomfortable. But a fun vibe
Overall pretty disappointing considering our table likely spent 500+ overall. Won't be back

Waring I'm going to be brutal.
I had 3 tacos: a chicken, brisket, and shreaded beef. All 3 were supposed to be spicy. However, I think plain black pepper is hotter. In addition, all 3 were drounding in what I would call ranch dressing. My wife and I have eaten at many Mexican / taco places this place hits rock bottom for food quality.
Service was mediocre. The we did have a table of 8. But, 6 of 8 people got some one else's food and the waitress / busser could not figure out which dish was which.
This would have been an issue but when direct asked both said "Don't know" and moved on.
The restaurant over all was unique and had a fun atmosphere. The place has potential but could use some better management if that is the quality of food and service we receive.

The most bland chicken taco ive ever had in my life not even the bacon or ranch could save it.. almost like they are afraid of seasoning. Very disappointed.
