Absolutely terrible experience. The girl making my burrito had ZERO care or pride in her job. My burrito was so sloppy it was falling apart, sour cream smeared all over the foil, and instead of fixing it she just kept wrapping it — ended up using THREE foils because it was that poorly made.( had to ask the cashier to put the last one on other wise would’ve just been bagged) To make it worse, she waited until the END of making my burrito to “remember” they were out of lettuce and corn. I had to ask about it myself. Who does that? That completely ruined the meal. When I finally opened it, half my burrito was stuck to the foil because of how messy it was wrapped. I paid for food, not a disaster glued to aluminum. Extremely disappointed. This was careless, lazy, and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location

I moved back to the area mid 2025, so this review is an accumulation of my experience over the past 6-8 months. I don’t think there’s been a single instance where I’ve gone in and they had both chicken and steak available.. it’s generally only one or the other. On top of that, fajita vegetables just don’t exist here. I’ve never had the option of even including them because they are never available, nor are they in the process of making them when they are clearly out. Additionally, there are numerous instances where I’ll walk in to place a to-go order and they tell me they are doing online orders only, and it is repeated back to me like I’m supposed to know that. There’s no sign on the door or anything but I’m somehow supposed to know that according to the workers (there’s a handful of good workers there, for context. They all aren’t mean and miserable). If you are in the area, I recommend going to the chipotle in Ferndale or down Woodward towards bham instead of this one, unless ur looking for a half-filled, freezing bowl. If that’s what you want, this is your spot.

Seriously fire everyone here and get new managers, there's an older white lady and an employee or two that are good, but everything else at this location is just bad. I'll come back when the location isn't full of lazy inconsiderate workers.

As well as another one of her coworkers! So very nice and friendly

Sadly, out of stock of food again. 6:40... Over 3 hours before a 10pm close. I'm not sure why I bother it's so frequent an occurrence. Tonight, both beans, carne asada, and couldn't really tell what else but there were definitely more empty spots in the food line. I get there are no fridges, but you're out of beans? If this was a be one time time, fine... But it's nearly every time I go. And I didn't go that often, so that makes me think it's a regular occurrence. And got news for the site, what good is it have 6-7 employees on staff, if you have no food to sell? Learn business 101. No wonder 3 of them were just standing around, one was chopping meat, and the third was reluctantly walking over to help the 4 people in line... Oh... two sisters to be fighting over the beans when I walked in. I should have just walked out then. But no, I wasted 5 mins in line. I'm amazed this location has lasted as long as it has and can't see it continuing to last.
