  I have been going to Chipotle for over 10 years and rarely leave any business less than a 5 star review unless it’s egregious. This was the worst experience at any Chipotle by far and it was not even close. Avoid avoid avoid this location until it is under new management. Completely awful, terrible, and unacceptable.

  Just about the BEST chipotle location I’ve ever been to. This is my go to spot for lunch Monday-Friday. Best customer service, best chicken bowls.

  I’m extremely disappointed to be writing this, but this situation needs immediate attention. As shown in the photos, I bit down on what appears to be a rock (or piece of cement) in my bowl. This wasn’t a small inconvenience — it was a serious safety hazard. I was one bite away from cracking a tooth or causing real injury. No customer should ever have to worry about something like this while eating. I have been here before where I felt the store was dirty and unorganized, low stock on food but I never would have thought this would happen. Quality control and food safety should be a top priority, and this incident represents a significant failure in both.

  Aweful. It was 2pm. First of all, dirty. Every table dirty, and the drink station totally gross with food and dirty napkins all around. We cleaned our own table. I was with my parents in their 80s. We were the only people dining in and half way through lunch, they turned on LOUD thumping music, like it was a night club. I immediately asked for them to lower the volume. The girl was SO RUDE! She BARELY touched the volume…I had to go up again, and again….she was totally out out that the ONLY PEOPLE dining in didn’t want her music loud. The OWNER of this restaurant should be ashamed of this terribly run restaurant- just read the reviews….3 STARS and Totally Mediocre food and a DIRTY environment. I am literally going to report this gross environment to the Health Department on Monday.

  I stopped going to Chipotle long ago because the location in Ferndale is horrible. I found myself looking for a place for lunch and decided to give this location a try. What a mistake! I got a steak bowl. All down the line everything was slopped into the bowl, including a very large portion of sour cream. Once I sat down to eat, the rice and beans were mush, the steak was fairly dry and had a weird texture to it. The whole thing tasted like spicy sour cream. I didn't even try to finish it. Not only was the line dirty, the trash was overflowing, the empty tables were not clean, and more than one worker should have been wearing hair nets. Won't be back to any location.
