  I rarely leave a negative review but this place is bad! REAL BAD!!!!! The display cases with the helmets in them are pretty much the first sports memorabilia that ya see when entering. An eye catcher for sure! The helmets are beautiful or so i think they are. Its hard to be sure when they're coated with 1/4 inch of dust! The display cases themselves are 360° of glass. You'd think everyone in the place would want them to look better. How the management walks past them every day and never stops and thinks, hmmm "I wonder if anyone else notices the dullness of these otherwise shiny helmets in their dust cubicles?" Ah who cares? I mean, its not like we SERVE FOOD here"...... Listen, that was nothing compared to the way that the bartender treated me. He completely blew me off for probably about 4 or 5 minutes. Thats a long time considering that I was one of two total people at the bar. He fiddled around with the ice, silverware, glasses, anything and everything that didn't resemble me! Finally, I was able to get a glass of water. Another 4, 5, 6, 8 minutes passed and I got up and walked out. What a wasted opportunity on their part. My only hope is to deter you from stepping through those doors or maybe, just maybe get the attention of management! Leadership that acts when he/she walks past a filthy display case. I spent my money next door at Bar Louie......

  1out of 6 orders was right! Worst little overcooked wings I ever had. I will never go back.Most of the food we took home and still just threw it out

  Sign at the entry says to seat yourself. Sat with my kids for 15 minutes, after making eye contact with everyone, after waving a couple people down, until someone finally came over to help us. They were very short and rude, as if I was bothering them by even being there. We wanted to order food right away, but the server insisted on just getting our drinks. 10 minutes after that, they finally came up with our drinks and allowed us to order food. I should’ve just walked out, but my kids were very excited to try the food, having never been there before. 30 minutes after ordering food, it all came out. Half of it was wrong, the other half cold. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was none there today. What an awful, awful experience.

  This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. The place was empty and we waited at the bar to be served for over 10 minutes. No bartender nothing. I went and said something to the hostess who was on her phone and she did NOTHING. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Do not go to this location. Terrible service. They just don’t care.

  Very disappointing experience. The wings were extremely salty and the food came out cold. To make it worse, the security staff was rude and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back.
