The staff showed zero flexibility, zero hospitality, and zero common sense. No effort to find a reasonable solution, no manager willing to engage, just a cold, robotic enforcement of policy with a bad attitude to match. This is not how a restaurant—especially one that pretends to be upscale—should treat paying customers. What made it worse was the condescending and dismissive tone at the door. We weren’t treated like guests; we were treated like an inconvenience

We arrived at 8:00 PM simply to go inside and eat, and were denied entry at the door because because my 30-year-old nephew, who is visiting from another country, didn’t have his passport on him. Not to drink, not to sit at the bar—just to eat dinner. They claim this rule started at 8pm. It was 8:02. No explanation that made sense, no flexibility, no attempt to accommodate paying customers. We were treated like we were trying to sneak into a nightclub instead of a restaurant. Being turned away at dinner time for something this absurd is beyond frustrating and frankly insulting. Plenty of restaurants manage to serve food without interrogating their guests at the door. This place clearly doesn’t care about hospitality or common sense. We took our business elsewhere and will never return. There’s a reason all restaurants around them were busy except them. If you value being treated like a normal customer and not a problem, avoid this place.
