  Thank you a lot. They are the best surface and the best food ever. I try a lot of fresh but this Royal Oak one of the best and thank you for the manager.

  Literally the worst! We have had multiple issues at this location but today when we went for dinner at 6:45, the greeter said to us,” my waitress just went on break so can you come back in 30 minutes!” You only have one waitress at night, and you want me to come back? Unreal!

  David at Buffalo Wild Wings delivered outstanding service! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His positive attitude and professionalism truly elevated our experience. We’ll definitely be coming back because of him!

  Complete unprofessionalism and rudeness from Naya at the front. On 2/22/26 I decided to dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings in Royal Oak since the Orchard Lake location had shut down. Over the past year I have been to many different restaurants and never once felt the need to leave a review but this time was different. When I had walked in I sat myself as the sign at the front told to do so. After about 10 minutes of being seated and no waiter appearing, I went to the front to ask if they had noticed that I had sat at table 89 and if I could get a server over there. Naya had then mumbled something while looking irritated and I asked what she said since I could not hear her and she said, "Did you not hear what I just said, Yes." in a rude tone, I then replied okay and sat back down and didn't think anything of this incident. After eating, I had received the check and then took it to the front to pay since I was using tap to pay. Once I got up front, the first thing Naya said to me was, "Let me ask you a question, do you got a problem with me?" Confused I asked what she was talking about since I had no idea why and then she said I looked at her funny. I did not give her any look and have no idea what she was talking about and asked her why she was confronting me and then started mumbling under her breath. After I had paid, I advised Naya that she should work on her customer service before walking out. She then replied, "I know you not telling me how to do my job" followed by the line "Do you want to try me" multiple times in an angry tone. I then said "Have a good night" which followed by her walking out of the cashier area in anger like she was about to physically attack me . I then walked out so things didn't escalate. The entire conversation is on video and I am frustrated by the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the person who gives the first impression when you walk inside of the restaurant.

  Bartender never asked us how our food was or if we needed a drink. Had to flag him down. Drinks were ridiculously weak. Never got silverware. Had to “bother” a waitress for a regular napkin because we couldn’t find the bartender many of the times we were looking for him - (she was rolling silverware right by the bar). I was greeted with a dirty look and handed 2 napkins and no silverware. When you’re eating smash burgers the last thing you want to use is a bar napkin - hence the photo. No one cleared our plates when we were finished. Had to have cocktails with our dirty dishes in front of us.
