I ordered a polar pizza for my daughter's birthday and when I went in the pick it up, the man at the register shrugged and said they don't have any while looking at his copy of my pre-paid order. When I asked why no one called or emailed me to let me know since they ask for that information his response was "what do you want me to do? We don't have it" and just stood there. He never offered a refund and acted annoyed when I asked for it. I will never go to this location again.

The colors and making were completely wrong — when I questioned it, the staff casually said, “This is the only blue we have,” with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. I had to go argue to get them to accept a return and get a regular cake instead . To make things worse, I found out they outsource cake making to someone else, which they never disclosed upfront. This location is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never return or recommend them to anyone.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
