    I purchased a burrito today with half chicken (the spicy version I forget what its called) half barbacoa, guac, and a blackberry izze. I was very clear, it wasn't noisy it was 5:15 and there was no one behind me. Now, I don't have a PhD in Finance, but my spidey-sense started tingling when I heard her say $21.59. I said 21.59? I asked for 1/2 chicken, and half barbacoa. She said, oh well I gave you full portions. I said, well...I guess thats ok if you gave me full portions. She started working on the register trying to edit the charge. Then after about 20 seconds, she was like...No...Sorry..and she offered me a bag of chips.... The issue is this, you don't get to tell the customer what they need to pay for, other than what they specifically ask for. I addressed the issue at the point of sale before she took my card. Her responsibility at that point was to either offer to remake it , or correct the price at the register. Worse, I realized she never gave me a receipt. I came back 10 minutes later for my receipt, and they were like. Oh, I guess it was thrown away. Now, I'm a easy going guy, I believe everyone deserves a second chance. But not a third one. The same thing happened to me at the SAME location two weeks ago, but I didn't call them out on it. Is it really that hard if there is any doubt to say "you said half chicken half barbacoa, do you want half or full portions of each meat?" Chipolte was known for saying when you ask for guac, you say, guac is extra, is that ok? Anytime something is extra you either tell them or take responsibility if its not something they want to pay for, by offering to remake it with only the ingredients at a price they want to pay or offering the item for no extra cost. Offering me free ice cream does nothing if I'm lactose intolerant. Offering me more of something does nothing if I'm watching my weight. You haven't fixed the situation, you've made it worse, and you want to charge me for it. If it wasn't for things like chargebacks, sometimes I feel like no manager would ever listen..

    My last 2 orders have been messed up. I hadn't gone to Chipotle in a long time because of bad service at this location and now I remember why. Management must be terrible here. All the workers look miserable. When you tell customer service about missing items, they don't give you a refund. They give you a coupon for the missing item that expires in a month.

    How does it take a mobile order 20 minutes to be ready. Especially when you walk in and the line to actually order is 2 people. I could’ve order 5 times in line while waiting 10 minutes inside for my order to be ready

    I have been going to Chipotle for over 10 years and rarely leave any business less than a 5 star review unless it’s egregious. This was the worst experience at any Chipotle by far and it was not even close. Avoid avoid avoid this location until it is under new management. Completely awful, terrible, and unacceptable.
