    Placed a curbside order and marked the app as arrived 30 minutes ago. My food has yet to arrive. I ordered TWO items. I don't know why the owner would purchase a building without a drive through, but I am still waiting for my food after 30 minutes when the app says 2 to 10 minutes. Will not be returning. Update: This car that just pulled up a few minutes ago got their food. I'm glad they got their food and I hope they return, because its been 38 minutes of waiting for me.

    Opening day was wonderful I love how the staff constantly sweeps and cleans the floors during the day but when I got up went to the bathroom left my food on my table ..I returned back to all of my food thrown away in the trash and the employee had my entire order remade plus gave us free milkshakes and cookies but I do not recommend the mobile order area it is slow ! Small cluttered area they almost never have door dash orders ready and you'll spend half an hour here trying to get an order it is ridiculous they dont have any urgency in the mobile carry out area ..all the workers they have this is ridiculous 🙄 and every order you get in this area now will be for chick fil a but its not worth the wait and all cramped up in the small carry out area...I spent 2 hours here for both the orders I had to pick up..dashes avoid this location

    Stopped by the new Chick-fil-A and it did NOT disappoint! The food was fresh, hot, and came out incredibly fast. You can tell the team is well-trained and on point—everything from ordering to pickup was smooth and efficient. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the fries were crispy, and the overall experience was exactly what you hope for when trying a new location. Definitely going to be a regular stop. Great job, Royal Oak team! 🙌🔥

    The owner of this restaurant is so passionate about giving the Guest an excellent experience. She has really high standards in her Teams heart Is To leverage hospitality and kindness to all. I actually enjoy spending my money at this location because I hear about how much the owners do for their team members and the community. So whether or not your kids will be working here or eating here, I know my family is better off because they were here. Just my two cents because I love our owner that takes her business personal by trying to give everybody the best experience

    This my first and last time at your establishment. My pick up order was over a half hour. When I pulled up in spot 8 , I waited 10 more minutes. I also watched an employee spoke a cigar in open space. My foot was cold. When I got home , the misery continued. They didn’t give me my Chocolate Milk. My waffle fries were not only cold, but only dried crumbs with only 2 full waffles. The fruit cup was suspect and unappealing, turning brown. The Chick Filet sandwich was even worse, where I only took a quarter of and end up wasting my time and money. In fact I spent nearly $23.00 hard earned money, only to be disappointed. In fact I will NEVER return and demand money. The worst part, is calling the Woodward Royal Oak store to only leave a Voicemail. With no return call as of 8 pm on Thursday, April 2-2020. I not demand my full refund, but your ads are false advertising. I hope to receive a call with an explanation. As this could be just your untrained and lackluster staff not trained or not qualified to be there. So please provide an explanation.
