  Worst Buffalo Wild Wings. They refused to let us in because we had a bag with a pastry from a shop nearby. Hello - you're in downtown with shops all around... and you're not some fine dining facility. Dumbest management ever! You've lost my business.

  Stopped in today for a late lunch after my daughter's hair appointment and was sooo disappointed...we waited forever for our server to come to our table i literally had to ask someone by the door to have them come to our table. Couple minutes later the sane girl ended up being our server with a bad attitude. Ordered our food, took forever for our drinks, then when we got our food it was wrong (didn'teven send it back because we were worried they would do something to our food) she didn't give us any silverware, never came and asked if we needed anything, no refills on our drinks then after sitting and waiting i had to flag her down again for our bill, that's when she asked if we wanted a refill. We declined. We paid our bill still leaving a nice tip because I felt obligated and shouldn't have because the food,and service, or lack there of was horrible. We frequent at b.dubs in warren and st Claire shores and never ha e a problem. Then to top it off she never ran my number for my points. Everything about this visit was unacceptable. If they were busy I'd understand but they weren't and every time I flagged her down she was in a booth talking to another employee. The management really needs to reevaluate there workers because you will definitely lose businesses if you keep her. She was just so rude

  Long time fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. Unfortunately, as a resident of Royal Oak and frequent visitor this restaurant. It has repeatedly failed to meet basic standards such as presentation, welcoming and enthusiastic staff. I’d gladly and intentionally never order or dine here again.   Complete unprofessionalism and rudeness from Naya at the front. On 2/22/26 I decided to dine in at Buffalo Wild Wings in Royal Oak since the Orchard Lake location had shut down. Over the past year I have been to many different restaurants and never once felt the need to leave a review but this time was different. When I had walked in I sat myself as the sign at the front told to do so. After about 10 minutes of being seated and no waiter appearing, I went to the front to ask if they had noticed that I had sat at table 89 and if I could get a server over there. Naya had then mumbled something while looking irritated and I asked what she said since I could not hear her and she said, "Did you not hear what I just said, Yes." in a rude tone, I then replied okay and sat back down and didn't think anything of this incident. After eating, I had received the check and then took it to the front to pay since I was using tap to pay. Once I got up front, the first thing Naya said to me was, "Let me ask you a question, do you got a problem with me?" Confused I asked what she was talking about since I had no idea why and then she said I looked at her funny. I did not give her any look and have no idea what she was talking about and asked her why she was confronting me and then started mumbling under her breath. After I had paid, I advised Naya that she should work on her customer service before walking out. She then replied, "I know you not telling me how to do my job" followed by the line "Do you want to try me" multiple times in an angry tone. I then said "Have a good night" which followed by her walking out of the cashier area in anger like she was about to physically attack me . I then walked out so things didn't escalate. The entire conversation is on video and I am frustrated by the lack of professionalism and hospitality from the person who gives the first impression when you walk inside of the restaurant.
