- DWDon WallerDec 24, 20251.0Very poor service the person that I tried to place my order with could barely speak English. I asked for a quart of jamoca ice cream. He made up a quart of jamoca almond fudge, I told him that I was wanted regular jamoca he then told me they didn't have regular jamaica , even after I called ahead of time to check! I also asked for a quart of chocolate peanut butter, I had to point out which one that was, and then when I asked him to weigh it. He said that they don't do that, and they don't even have a scale, very poor service and somewhat dirty There were papers and donut pieces laying all over the floor behind the counter. I would highly recommend staying away from this location!!!

The cake was supposed to have a face with light up eyes. We even paid for a collectible cake topper. What we received was a half circle covered in red frosting with a spider web drawn on. This location reluctantly offered a $5.00 refund (the cake topper we did not receive was $7.99 alone). Now I’m driving to Meijer to find a frosting pen in an attempt to give the cake a face. Thanks Baskin & Robins - the fact that the corporate office allows this franchise to still operate is astounding.

The colors and making were completely wrong — when I questioned it, the staff casually said, “This is the only blue we have,” with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. I had to go argue to get them to accept a return and get a regular cake instead . To make things worse, I found out they outsource cake making to someone else, which they never disclosed upfront. This location is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I would never return or recommend them to anyone.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
