- HHHh5 days ago1.0If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a chicken bowl, and the chicken was extremely salty and hard as a rock completely inedible. On top of that, the cookie I received was undercooked and raw in the middle. The food was honestly disgusting. I went back to request a refund, and the experience only got worse. The employee behind the counter refused to give me her name, even after I asked multiple times. She initially offered only a partial refund and questioned me about a drink that had nothing to do with the issue. I had already brought back the food, which clearly showed how unacceptable it was. The fact that I had to return at all due to such poor quality should have been enough to justify a full refund without any hassle. Eventually, they processed a refund but later I discovered it had been reversed without my knowledge. That is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate and filing a formal complaint. This level of service and food quality is beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Chipotle isn’t rude, but never friendly if that makes sense. The 2 women working here were so pleasant. Secondly I found out they have cilantro and cotija cheese which is more authentic! Lastly finding out that queso and guacamole are free on entrées really set the deal for me. They also have shrimp and pickled onions which is big for me! I mixed shrimp and chicken and it was delicious. I’m surprised this place wasn’t packed. You guys are sleeping on this place while chipotle charging for every little thing.
